As a Temporary Graduate Visa holder, you have full work & study right.  Don’t forget to make yourself eligible for a Permanent Residency visa under the General Skilled Migration program for subclasses 189, 190, and 491, if you settle in Australia. Moreover, if you become a skilled migrant, you can also seek sponsorship from a potential employer under subclasses 186, 187, and 482. So, what are you waiting for?
